non-physical. The fifth is called Anandamaikosha. In English, it translates
into the body of blessing. A blessed body does not mean that there is a bubble
of happiness inside you. We call it the body of blessing because in our
experience, whenever we touch it, we are happy. That is why we are calling it
the body of blessing. This is not nature, this is what causes us. It is a
non-physical dimension that is the source of everything physical. If you align
the physical body, the mental body, and the energy body in a proper alignment
